The measurement of REDOXH is done through the correspondent electrodes and an amplification and conversion electronics similar to those indicated for PH.
The REDOX electrodes are characterised by its construction (glass, plastic, ceramics, etc.) as well as for its resistance to the medium (pressure, temperature, aggression, etc.) despite being a more limited series that in the case of PH.
The majority of the electrodes are based in a glass probe with EPOXI body (or other polymers), an internal solution that could be gel or liquid and a ceramic diaphragm from LKPG, PTFE, etc.
The different combination of materials establishes the measurement range (specific working zone form 0 up to 14 of PH), the maximum working temperature and pressure.
In combination with portaelectrodos, the compatibility with the medium is defined. Thus, we can have applications such as:

  • ORP en sampling cells where a continuously sample of fluid is carried out..
  • ORP in a tank
  • Measurement of ORP in a pipe
  • Probe fore portable measurement.

Among the most common sensors we can highlight models SZ 240, SZ 245, SZ 2035, etc. from our represented BC- ELECTRONICS , the models AL from our represented MARTENS and the series GE 105 from our represented GREISINGER.
Regarding the electronics for control, we group the products according the type of installation.
Medidor/controlador de panel. We highlight models PH9648 from Martens, and PH 76xx from BC-Electronics; in both cases a local programmable display, analogic output and alarm control are available.
Amplificador de instalación mural. With similar performance to the panel models, they allow the direct installation in wall or any support near the probe reducing the cable length and facilitating the implementation. Complex systems like UNICON PH or basic electronics likel GRMU from Greisinger can be included.
Amplificador de cabeza. We have simple signal amplifiers like the PH40, as well as cabezales de amplificación, control y visualización like the UNICON PH.
