Accuracy manometers

Includes analogic or digital accuracy manometer for the measure of pressure by comparison.

Verification manometers

Bourdon measuring instruments by tube, diameter of 150m or grater and espejo de paralaje in order to avoid visualization errors of the needle. Accuracy of 0.5%FE, 0.25%FE up to 0.1%FE. The standard ones are the models MV-2 and MV3 of Baumer-Bourdon.
Digital manometers with accuracy 0.1% to 0.025%. High resolution (up to 6 digits) and really good stability. Enables pressure measuring with high accuracy like the model DM01, made by BD SENSORS or low cost ones by BAROLI.

Manual compressors

Manual compressors are equipment for air pressure generation, water or oil in order to do a calibration by comparison of response between equipment and a benchmark.
The equipment can be manual like series KHP35, They allow us to lower air pressures (up to 35 bar) or high pressures up to 200 bar oil. Pumps allow us to generate by squeezing manually and a fine regulation using a small pressure regulator located on the same equipment. Another series are the fixed compressors, for table work. The generation is made through an émbolo activated by the manual rotation of a husillo through a crank. It allows to generate high pressure through water and oil.

Balanzas de pesas muertas

They are the primary mechanical systems for generating pressure and are based in the basic concept of pressure “force/surface” by the generated pressure from an émbolo when supporting some weight.
The low friction of the émbolo o minimize errors due to frictional force and accuracy of the weights patterns allow us to achieve accuracies of better than 0.01% L. The elimination of the friction increases thanks to the émbolo que se produce de forma prácticamente perenne.
Las balanzas de pesas muertas could be operated with air (normally at pressures up to 100 bar) or by oils and paraffin (up to 2000 bar). Despite having balanzas de pesas portátiles, they are equipment intended as permanent laboratories require high thermal and mechanical stability for maintenance and operation.
