The measurement of PH is carried out from the he corresponding electrodes and an electronic amplification and conversion to the pH of the medium.
PH electrodes are characterized by its construction (glass, plastic, ceramic etc.) as well as its resistance to the medium (pressure, temperature, aggression, etc.).
Most of the electrodes are based in a glass probe with EPOXI body or other polymer, an internal solution that could be gel or liquid and a ceramic diaphragm, LKPG, PTFE, etc.
The different combination of materials gives us the measurement range (specific work zone from 0 to 14 of PH), the maximum working temperature and pressure.
In combination with the portaelectrodos, compatibility is defined by the medium. Thus, we can have applications such as:
-PH in sampling cells where a continuously sample of fluid is carried out.
-PH in a tank.
-PH measurement in a pipe or a duct.
-Probe fore portable measurement.
Among the most common sensors we can highlight the SZ models xxx ( SZ142, SZ151, SZ173, etc.) of our represented BC- ELECTRONICS , the models AL70, SL81 o APS form our represented MARTENS and the series GE xxx (GE100, GE117, etc.) from our represented GREISINGER.
Among the most distinguished fittings o portaelectrodos we would like to include the EA1739 from MARTENS with FDA certification as well as the EA1630 for working temperature up to 120ºC.
Regarding the electronics for control, the products are grouped according type of installation.
Medidor/controlador de panel. We emphasize models PH9648 from Martens, and PH 76xx from BC-Electronics; in both cases a programmable local display, analogic output and alarm control are available.
Amplificador de instalación mural. With similar performance to the panel models, they allow a direct location on a wall or support near the measuring probe reducing the length of the sensor cable and facilitating the implementation. We can include complex systems like the UNICON PH or basic electronics as the GPHU from Greisinger.
Amplificador de cabeza. We offer simple signal amplifiers as the PH40 and cabezales de amplificación, control and visualisation as the UNICON PH.
For portable measures GREISIGER GHM offers a complete series of equipment and measurement systems of PH and ORP.
The basic model GPH014 allows us to measure PH with universal incorporated electrodes.
The standard series GMH 3531 y 3551 represents complete systems for PH, REDOX and RH measurement with changeable probes, reactivos de calibración, compensation and measurement of temperature, data acquisition, etc..
The series SILVERLINE (GMH 5530 y GMH 5550) increases its strength for use in highly demanding environments.
