Level switches that are activated by the movement or magnetic floats that activate reed contacts with the magnetic field.

There are many combinations from a single buoy that temporarily activates the contacts when passing them to several buoys where each one activates one or two contacts that are switched until the buoy returns to its initial state.  The devices with several floats facilitate the application because the level will be always reflected in the signal of the l microrruptor, avoiding problems arising from temporary activations of instability.
