It is a magnetic system of level measurement without direct contact with the fluid. It is installed in the lateral wall of the tank with access to its lower part or upper one. With the camera in contact with the fluid there is a magnetic float that activates the measurement scale in the outer.

There are two basic systems:

SRK9 system. The level is displayed by a pointer that moves jointly with the float along the scale.

Visualisation system by flaps (D-16 or similar), the float activates an array de flaps (magnetic arrows) that rotates with the magnet. The float can be metallic (aluminium or stainless steel) or in plastic (cylindrical shape). In both cases the “arrows” have a different colour in the front (white colour or metal when still not activated) and in the back (red colour).

The system helps us to work in pressurized tanks (up to PN40) and with high temperature products or even corrosive. The measurement is isolated from the product, guaranteeing the supply between the tank and the measurement system.

Amongst the options that go with the by-pass level, we want to highlight the ones with alarm contact (by means of magnetic contacts) and the analogic output signal.

It is important to mention that the materials in contact with the fluid can be multiple metals (stainless steel, hastelloy, monel, etc) and plastic (PVC, PVDF, PE, etc).
